Nuorten maatalousjärjestö Umanista (UAYO) etsii uusia yhteistyökumppaneita Suomesta.  Meillä on yli 10 vuoden työkokemus matkojen, opiskelu-, koulutus- ja työohjelmien järjestämisestä ukrainalaisille nuorille. Tarjoamme kansainvälisiä vaihto -/ harjoittelumahdollisuuksia ukrainalaisille korkeakouluopiskelijoille sekä valmistuneille ympäri maailmaa. Uskomme, että harjoittelulla tuetaan työntekijän / opiskelijan opintoja ja parannetaan heidän ammattitaitoaan maataloudessa. Pyrimme helpottamaan alan ammattitaitoisten henkilöitten kansainvälistä rekrytointia ja maahanmuuttoa. Olemme kiinnostuneet työ-/ harjoittelupaikoista, jotka vaihtelevat muutamasta kuukaudesta 18 kuukauteen. Harjoittelijat ja työntekijät työskentelevät voimassa olevien yleisten työehtojen mukaan.

Training for Students from UAYO

Many Ukrainian students and young farmers would like to have training and wants get foreign experience in agriculture. They want to study new technologies of agricultural production both in crop production and livestock production. It's a chance for trainees after returning home become highly-qualified specialists and possibility to work as managers at agricultural enterprises, some of them organize their own farm business. Our wish is to assistat them with your offer and we look to hear from you. We garantee good selection work acording to Host requirements and it's a great possibility to have a good farm assistant for you as a farmer from rural youth who have agriculture backgroundin Agro Universities and Colleges. 

UMAN AGRARIAN YOUTH ORGANIZATION invites students and graduates to have 3-18 month training abroad in various aspects of agriculture in world leading countries!  

The purpose of the field trip is to advance, master and improve students' skills received in the course of studying, to develop their system of professional abilities and talents in accordance with the professional training, to get students prepared to work on their own, to learn practical experience in running farm business in the countries with a developed agrarian sector of the economy; to get acquainted with the latest technologies of cultivating, processing and marketing farm produce; to learn about the use of updated machinery and getting practical skills how work with it.
The main task of the internship is:

•    To arrange comprehensive preparation of the students for the main stages of professional performance;
•    To improve consistently skills and talents;
•    To maintain an inseparable combination of practical and theoretical studies

In addition, УМСАМ gives a chance to see the life of the country, to get acquainted with its traditions, culture, to make friends from all over the world.
Participants of the program can travel around the country and to come back home with unforgettable impressions.
